Commercial Wash + Seal LLC first started as Cape May County Powerwash (1996) out of Sea Isle City, NJ, and then was known as Brian Hemphill Powerwash (2000) up until 2015 when we rebranded to be more in line with our other service companies. The company started by powerwashing houses, decks and exteriors of buildings, and then expanded into exterior painting and deck watersealing. We now service residential, commercial and municipalities. We can provide 24 hour response for any service.

Scheduled Service
If you have a dumpster area or store front you want to stay up on and not have to remember to call and set up service, we can set up yearly, quarterly, every other month, monthly service visits.

Snow Clearing/Deicing Services
Please visit our relative company, Commercial Snow + Ice LLC at philadelphiasnow.com We primarily service industrial and commercial properties, but we also cater to residential customers as well. Our snow clearing is all inclusive, i.e. hand shoveling and plow truck clearing included (unless requested otherwise). For large properties and heavy accumulation events, we have the ability to relocate via skid steer, wheel loader and dump truck.
Landscaping
In the spring, summer, fall and winter, we also offer discounted rates on landscaping services to stay busy. We do not provide weekly grass cutting service but provide the following additional services:

Dump Rates (Mason Dump Truck):
Dump Fees: Dump Cost + 30% Service Fee
Truck Fee (Driver Included): $39/hr
$.39 per mile from Upper Darby, PA for any mileage over 30 miles.
Off Season (Spring/Summer/Fall) Skid Steer Rates:
Operator must be included in rental.
$200/per 8hr day for skid steer
$360/per 8hr day for operator
